Multi-device compliant
Reportier can be used on both laptop PCs and tablet devices (iPad and Windows). Since MRs need to report adverse events as quickly as possible, tablet device compatibility is a major advantage.
Data entry and reporting assistance features
The system has been reinforced with a number of features to prevent data entry errors and omissions, such as alerts for uncompleted fields, confirmation windows when fields have been changed, and a screen for checking all of the fields at once. In addition, with features such as report deadline alerts and lists showing the status of events to be reported, reporting delays can be prevented.
Central management of information from multiple channels
The system integrates information from multiple channels such as telephones, e-mail, faxes, and websites, identifying the MR responsible for the information. As an optional service, we can also offer a Literature Assessment feature, which manages the investigation of adverse events found in medical papers. Being able to simultaneously manage adverse events from diverse channels is a major benefit for clients.
