Early Post-Marketing Phase Vigilance (EPPV) is primarily intended to promote proper use of newly approved drugs. With EPPV, it is very important to consistently collect and communicate safety information. POSTIER®/EPPV is a cloud-based system platform that allows EPPV progress management to be shared with parties such as the pharmacovigilance department, medical representatives (MRs), and their managers. The system itself facilitates the achievement of EPPV-related operations. We can also provide a system that is integrated with our Safety Information Communication Support System (POSTIER®/Safety Communications). It is especially convenient for MRs since it works on tablet devices.

Complete EPPV progress management

Starting on the date of the first delivery or prior visit, the entire schedule of activities for the medical institution is automatically generated on the POSTIER®/EPPV system in accordance with the regulations, allowing all of the involved parties to share and manage the progress. Information related to overdue activities is provided not only through on-screen alerts but also through e-mails, ensuring that operations are managed and carried out in full.

Streamlining of operations through linkage with other systems

Through linkage with the sales information system and incorporation of data on the delivery of drugs to medical institutions, users can easily ascertain which medical institutions are covered. In addition, linkage with the salesforce automation system (SFA) allows MR activity records on the SFA to be accessed for automatic updates on activity schedule status and cancellations due to non-delivery, thereby enhancing the efficiency of operations. Moreover, schedule information can be displayed on the SFA.
