POSTIER®/PMS is a cloud-based system platform that centrally manages Post-Marketing Surveillance (PMS) progress. This high-performance system allows users to ascertain at a single glance the overall status of the PMS, including study design, site contracts, patient registration, CRF collection, and payment of grants. With this service, clients can achieve efficient management of surveillance through the sharing of information on PMS progress among all parties concerned, such as the PMS department, medical representatives (MRs), and contract research organization (CRO).
It is especially convenient for MRs since it works on tablet devices.

Progress management system for Early Post-Marketing Phase Vigilance (EPPV) that facilitates periodic follow-up activities for medical institutions to which a newly-approved drug has been delivered

Early Post-Marketing Phase Vigilance (EPPV) is primarily intended to promote proper use of newly approved drugs. With EPPV, it is very important to consistently collect and communicate safety information. POSTIER®/EPPV is a cloud-based system platform that allows EPPV progress management to be shared with parties such as the pharmacovigilance department, medical representatives (MRs), and their managers. The system itself facilitates the achievement of EPPV-related operations. We can also provide a system that is integrated with our Safety Information Communication Support System (POSTIER®/Safety Communications).
